Daniel is the holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the

University of Melbourne. 

 

Daniel commenced working at Melasecca Kelly & Zayler in 2012, practising exclusively in

Criminal Law, and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Criminal Law Specialist.

 

Daniel appears regularly in Court as an advocate, where he combines his high level of preparation

with a determination to obtain the best results for his clients. 

 

Daniel has instructed in many County and Supreme Court Trials and has worked on some of the

most high‑profile and complex criminal cases in recent Victorian history.

 

Daniel is held in extremely high regard by many of Victoria’s King's Counsel and Senior Counsel,

who value his eye for detail, expertise and work ethic.
